1. Research & Development

2.Products

Material

GeCI₄ for fiber optics, high purity GeO₂ ( 6N),one-refined germanium, germanium single crystal , germanium wafer. The annual yield is 30 tons of germanium and 5 tons of optical silicon single crystal.

Optical Components

Plano, spherical, aspherical, binary diffractive surface, high precision prism, reflective mirrors. The optical process and coating capability of high precision aspherical surface is 200,000 pieces annually.

Optical Lens:

Series of infrared optical lens which includes zoom lens , athermalized infrared lens, super large focal length infrared lens, super wide FOV infrared lens, and high performance eye piece .

Lens Application Instruments:

Infrared microscope,optical instruments, OLED displayer module with eye piece, infrared collimator, infrared radioactivity meter, binocular.

3.The Material:

High Purity Germanium Dioxide

We have been manufacturing germanium products from oxidized Pb and Zn mine since 1951. With more than 60 years experience and advanced production facility,our high purity GeO2 of 6N is the material for high purity metal germanium or Germanium base chemical ompound, Catalystr and also application industry .The annual yield of GeO2 is 20 tons .

Zone-refined Germanium

The high-purity CuO produced by our company is used as raw material. After reduction and zone melting, zone melting ingot is obtained. With advanced automation equipment, the annual output can reach 12 tons.

Crystal Growth

Having optimized our manufacturing facilities, today the annual output of our company can reach to 25 tons of single crystal germanium and 5 tons of single crystal silicon. We are one of the biggest manufacturers and suppliers for infrared germanium single crystal. With the improvement of our technological progress, we can produce electronic grade germanium single crystal and optical germanium single crystal.

4.Ultra-precision Processing

Our company began using single point diamond in 1998. Today our technique are in a leading position in the industry . We provide a large sum of products for the customers, it has wide application in the domain of civilian, military, aviation use and other areas. We have first class equipment such as Nanoform 250, Ultraform 350, Ultaform 450 and other biaxial machine produced by Taylor Hobson.

Our equipment can do the following single point diamond turning:

Multispindle machining.(X axis, Z axis ,B axis ,C axis)

Fast Tool Servo, Slow Tool Servo.

Maximum diameter up to 700mm.

Our material of single point diamond turning include: non-ferrous metal, Ge, Plastic, Infrared Crystal ( HgCdTe, CdTe, Polycrystalline Silicon, ZnS, ZnSe, NaCI, KCI, SrCI, MgCI2, CaCI2, Lithium niobate, KDK Crystal) Electroless Ni, BeCI, Chalcogeuide Glass, etc.

Processed products include: All kinds of spherical, aspheric surface, vertical shaft surface, polyhedron, metamer, mold core, mirror, diffractive optical elements, optical array, free-form surface, etc.

Single point diamond turning supporting the use of testing equipment include Taylor Hobson PGI1240/PGI1250 profilometer, etc. Surface Flatness of being processing parts can reach: The Part like 0100, Rtc0.15pm, surface roughness W0.003卩m.

5.High Precision Polishing

High precision processing technology is the basis for development of modern high tech industry and scientific technology as well as developing trend of science. We have first class equipment such as SCHNEIDER , LOH and OptoTech etc. for spherical surface and aspherical surface numerical grinding and polishing as well as double surface polishing equipment from Japan etc.

Our engineers have years of experiences on infrared optical element manufacture who can design according to requirement of clients, in the mean time, we can both manufacture samples and mass production.

We can process germanium, silicon, ZnSe, ZnS, non-organic glass, quartz, porcelain etc. rotating symmetrical spherical surface, aspherical surface, flat surface, polytope and different shape of all kinds etc. We also process wafer at different steps besides infrared optical components. 8.Testing And Quality Assurance

Quality assurance includes thorough testing , paper record and statistics analysis to insure the performance of each optical element or component meet the required standard

We apply optical or mechanical size and surface testsing equipment, light splitting

Photometer as well as precision reflection and transmission testing system so as to insure stable quality of products .The material absorptivity is measured by specially designed laser heat measuring device .

Our quality inspector will check the cleaness of each component before delivery .
